PAPERooT Stationery was founded in 2007 by Sandy Waltuck and is based in Austin, TX. PAPERooT specializes in,
sewn paper greeting cards, notebooks, date book and checkbook covers, as well as custom invitations and fine art. Our designs reflect a passion
for nature, the industrial revolution and collage.
For our card stock, we use only 100% recycled or alternate-fiber content papers from mills that leave a carbon-neutral footprint on our
environment. Two of them still use water power! We sparingly employ the use of some non-recycled paper
for the sake of luscious color accents, composition and design, and we are committed to improving the environmental impact left by the inks
we use.
Spring of 2008 marked our debut at the National Stationery Show with eleven collections based on graphic motifs emphasizing imagery from nature
and the industrial revolution. Each product consists of individually sewn layers of paper. The collections included: Animalia, Art Nouveau, Asian,
Butterfly, Flora, Holiday, Ink Pad, Kitsch-en, Mechanical, Sea Creature, and Typology.
Currently we sell wholesale to authorized resellers.
